The 5 weeks intensive photography training programme conducted for the members of GCI Photography Club by the 1991-January Set of GCIOBA came to an end on Thursday, 8th of November, 2018 but its impacts linger on.

The training spearheaded by the CEO of Shollots Digital Imaging Studio, Morolayo Sholotan, a 1985 Set member of the school, was rounded off with a donation of drone and cameras to the students.

The Chairman of the Set, Samuel Oyamakin, while speaking at the closing ceremony which held at the School Assembly Hall reiterated the desire of the Set to ensure the unrivaled success of their pet project, and most importantly produce top notch and passionate photographers.

It would be recalled that Wale Olafare, a member of 1991 January Set and UK based is the visioner of the project.

The GCI Principal, Dr Tunde Odekunle, thanked the boys of 1991 January Set for empowering the students of GCI with such a great skill. He assured them that the equipments would be properly maintained and managed.
