Mould Africa Donates Books To GCI Library
The Mould Africa extended one of its pet projects, tagged ''Empowering Libraries" to the junior students of Government College Ibadan, School II on Thursday, 20th of September, 2018.
Miss Anuoluwapo Onabajo, one of the Project Consultants facilitated the programme for the students where she taught them how to mold their potentials and channel them to create and shape the future of their dreams by studying rich books that would in turn broaden their horizons and sharpen their minds. She urged the young students to always visit their library, and also study and have group discussions on the stories from the book I wish I knew this before I was Fourteen authored by Tekena Ikoko which Mould Africa had donated to the school. A dozen of the book, and half a dozen of its handbook were donated to the school.
The Principal of the Junior School II, Mr Ibrahim, on behalf of the entire school authority, appreciated Miss Anuoluwapo, who traveled all the way from Port - Harcourt to locate Government College Ibadan, having learnt about the prestigious school on social media. He further thanked her and the Foundation, Mould Africa for their selfless services in ensuring the students cultivate a healthy reading culture and Africans at large, get it right early and are well positioned and equipped for responsibilities and opportunities.
