Olanrewaju Tejumola was born on the 5th of January, 1959.

After his Primary School Education, he proceeded to the prestigious Government College Ibadan in January, 1970 alongside Yinka 'Laoye (of blessed memory) who joined from Methodist High School, Ibadan.

After graduating from Government College Ibadan, He attended The Polytechnic, Ibadan from 1974 - 1976 to obtain his A'Level.

Tejumola joined the workforce of NTV and was sent as a staff, to cover the World Black and White Festival of Arts and Cultutre i.e. "FESTAC 77" in Lagos in the year 1977.

His quest for knowledge and excellence propelled him to study further by attending the then University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife) to study his most cherished course "Fine Art" from 1978 to 1981.

He returned to Government College Ibadan as Fine Art Teacher in 1983/84 under the Oyo State Ministry of Education. He was an active member of the Army Cadet Force and also Focus Magazine - GCI's bugging Magazine where he started a career in Cartoons and Book Illustration at Heinemann Education Book Limited, Ibadan and Freelance Cartoon with The Sketch Newspaper, The Tribune and co.

Currently, he has solidly established himself and he's into Painting, Publishing and Printing.

He is joyfully married and blessed with children and grandchildren.
