Parade by GCI Boys as Adebambo Victor (795, Grier, 1953) goes home

Government College Ibadan Students presented a breathtaking parade to welcome the remains of the late Old Boy, Prince (Dr.) Victor Olumuyiwa Adebambo fondly known as "Baba awon boys" (i.e. Father of all GCI Boys). The parade was held at the College Pitch on Thursday, 27th of October, 2016 before the Wake-Keep.

Late Prince (Dr.) Victor Olumuyiwa Adebambo JP (1939 - 2016) was a GCIOBA National Merit Award Winner, great Grierson, member of 1952 Class Set, devoted GCIOBA Ibadan Branch member, and a past Ex-Officio Member of GCIOBA.

The late GCI alumnus held the record of being the highest Attendee of Ibadan Branch GCIOBA regular meetings. According to Chief Olaleye Falore, he said in his tribute that Victor Adebambo was a pronounced bridge-builder across the four Generations of old and present Boys of GCI (1929 - 2016) and he was great in life and undoubtedly greater in death.
